Communication Error

I have installed the preflight manager with no problems but when I activate the Product it just says Communication error and I need to call for support if the problem persists. So here I am, any ideas

    Is the only message that comes up "Communication Error" or is there anymore text? Send me a screenshot and it should be easier to fix
